1. Who We Are

Alonso Velocity Lab is a product of DGB Innovations LLC ("DGB Innovations," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Contact: drew@dgbinnovations.com | 706-949-5213.

2. What Data We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, and password (hashed, never stored in plaintext)
• Athletic performance data you enter: exit velocity, statistics, GPA, recruiting information
• Coach and program information you add to your CRM
• Billing information: processed exclusively by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and timestamps, collected through our hosting provider (Vercel)
• IP address and browser metadata collected automatically by Vercel and Supabase

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the service (recruiting pipeline, AI email generation, performance tracking)
• To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe
• To send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts) via Resend
• To generate AI-assisted recruiting emails using Anthropic's API; your data is sent to Anthropic solely to generate the email draft and is not used to train their models
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Alonso Velocity Lab:

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication (supabase.com/privacy)
• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Resend — transactional email delivery (resend.com/legal/privacy-policy)
• Anthropic — AI email generation (anthropic.com/privacy)
• Vercel — application hosting and CDN (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)

We do not sell your personal data to any third party, ever.

5. Children Under 13 — COPPA Notice

Alonso Velocity Lab is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at drew@dgbinnovations.com and we will delete that information promptly.

If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may use this service with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We encourage parents to be involved in their athlete's use of this platform.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and close your account, we will delete your personal data within 90 days unless we are required to retain it by law. Anonymized, aggregated usage data may be retained indefinitely.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing drew@dgbinnovations.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use session cookies necessary for authentication and application functionality. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. We do not run Google Analytics or Meta Pixel on this application.

9. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, row-level security on our database, and hashed password storage. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your data.

10. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the application. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
